How long will my order take to arrive?

You can preorder an item for delivery on a specific date or have your order despatched as soon as possible. All of our boquets are handmade so we need a minimum of 36 hours notice if you want a delivery sent out as soon as possible.

How does my Balloon arrive?

Your Balloon creation will be wrapped, boxed and posted with your special message. Colours of balloons, boxes or any other components may vary from the picture shown and we reserve the right to substitute like for like items in the unlikely event that it is necessary.

How will my balloon be delivered?

Where possible we will despatch your Balloon the day before your requested delivery date and it is then in the hands of Royal Mail. They do not guarantee next day delivery on 1st Class post but from experience 99% arrive next day. We do not offer refunds on late arrivals so if you want to play safe we suggest you book delivery for the day before the big event. Hospital deliveries can often sit in their post room for a few days before they get to a ward so we strongly advise that, if you know someone who will be visiting, you give us their address so that they can take it in for you. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances for deliveries addressed to a hospital. If a delivery does not arrive in good time to any other address we will offer a replacement but not a refund. If you wish to make a claim for non delivery this can be made with Royal Mail.

When will my order be delivered?

All of our bouquets are handmade to order. This means that we make them the day before despatch and let them ‘rest’ overnight before packing them. This allows us to spot any weaknesses in the latex before they leave us. Royal Mail will then take them out of our hands and deliver them using standard First Class delivery. If your order arrives after midday it will be booked in to be made on the next available weekday,  taking in to account full dates and bank holidays.

So, here is a little crib sheet that will tell you when your sculpture will be despatched and, Royal Mail permitting, arrive. Please note however that there may be times when, due to workload or other commitments, that we are unable to turn around deliveries within these timescales. Although we always hope to despatch your bouquet in time for your Requested date, they remain are exactly that.

Orders placed before midday on Monday will be despatched Tuesday for likely delivery on Wednesday.

Orders placed before midday on Tuesday will be despatched on Wednesday for likely delivery on Thursday.

Orders placed before midday on Wednesday will be despatched on Thursday for likely delivery on Friday.

Orders placed by midday on Thursday will be despatched on Friday for likely delivery on Saturday or Monday.

Orders placed after midday on Thursday and before midnight on Sunday will be despatched on Monday if at all possible. If not then despatch will be on Tuesday for likely delivery on Wednesday.

How far in advance do I need to book my delivery?

We strongly recommend that you book your delivery as early as possible as our manufacturing schedule fills up quickly and on rare occasions we may not be able to despatch your order as quickly as we would like if our diary is full.

What other extras can I add to a balloon order?

Once you select a balloon bouquet you will be shown a list of all the standard extras that we offer. The items you select will be automatically added to your cart.

What messages can I have on a helium balloon?

We can get all sorts of round foil message balloons just like the ones you see in many card shops and florists – Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, ages, Good Luck, Congratulations…the list is almost endless.

What messages can I have in a Greeting card?

Anything you like 🙂 It’s your delivery.

Can you add other gifts to a balloon order?

Yes, if you want something added that is not on our standard list of extras and it is somethig we can get we will include it with your balloon delivery. You will be charged for the price of the extra items and any additional postage costs due to increased weight.

Do you do bulk order and is there a discount for large orders?

We deal with a lot of events and our prices reflect the work we do. Drop us a line with your request and we can do you a personalised quote.

What payment methods does Balloon Baboon accept?

We accept payment by paypal. This is a safe and secure method of payment and you can pay via credit or debit card.

What if I want to return an item?

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns on the items purchased. Once a parcel leaves us we cannot be held responsible for damage to the delivered item during transit.

Where do you ship to?

Unfortunately we are only able to ship to addresses within the UK
